Our Stretch classes target specific areas of the body that participants want to improve, range of motion in, using exercises that promote safe and effective stretching. While there may be some stabilizing exercises involved, the main focus is on stretching and opening tight areas. The precise lesson plans vary, so we get to try out new things, but generally we work towards the splits on Mondays and emphazise shoulder mobility on Wednesdays. On Fridays there are various themes.
